TV Advertisement Evaluation


The brief was to remarket a Unilever product in order to make is appeal to a completely new target audience.

Our chosen product was Pot Noodle because it was a product that a majority of our group liked and we thought that it was a product that we could successfully remarket. It was an easy decision for our group to pick Pot Noodle as most members of the group like Pot Noodle and know what the product is all about.

The current target population for Pot Noodle is working class people who need a quick and easy meal. Students are also often recognised as a target audience for Pot Noodle because they often need a cheap and simple meal to make.  We decided to try to remarket Pot Noodle to appeal to middle class people as we felt that this is a group of people which the original Pot Noodle doesn’t reach.
